Order processing normally takes 1-2 working days, plus 3-7 working days for courier delivery. The clock starts when your payment clears, or when you place the order if you're paying cash on delivery. We always aim to be faster.
Can I add items I forgot to an existing order?
Yes, as long as your order hasn't shipped. Call our sales team and we'll add them. Bear in mind this may hold up the delivery slightly, though we'll do what we can to keep it moving.
Can you send a parcel without your details on it?
No — we don't send unmarked parcels. Every parcel carries full sender details, which is what makes it traceable if anything goes wrong in transit and lets us sort out problems quickly.
Can you combine several orders into one parcel?
Yes, if they're all going to the same address. Call our sales team to arrange it. It may delay dispatch a little, but everything will arrive together.
I'm having trouble paying by Przelewy24. Can I pay by bank transfer instead?

What if my order is wrong or a product is damaged?
Email info@netuno24.eu with your order number, a description of the problem and photos of the item or the parcel. We'll come back to you the same working day and agree how to put it right - normally a replacement or a refund. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a buyer, which are set out in our terms and conditions.
Where do I find my invoice?
Your invoice is attached to the order confirmation email, sent automatically to the address you gave at checkout once your order is paid. If it hasn't arrived, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Contact our sales team and we'll resend it.
