There are no more items in your cartTerms for returning goods:
- Returns can be made up to 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment
- The product must be unused, in resaleable condition
- Returns should be made from the customer panel
How to return the goods?

Log in, or register for the account from which the order was made
In the user panel, select "Order History and Details"
Select an order from the list and click "Details"
Select the products and the quantity you want to return.
Then give the reason for the return and send us the information about your wish to return.
Within 2 business days, you will receive information on the preliminary approval of your return to your email address.
You will find the current status of your return in the "Return of goods" tab.
You need to download and print the ready-made return form, and then place it in the package.
We will process your request within 14 days of receiving the package.
